Service needs to be improved.
I was all the way on the other side of town in DownTown trying to find a post office and it took me to the OSUIT campus instead of the one that was supposedly 2 blocks from me from where I was at. I don't know Okmulgee so I didn't know where to go. I walked for an hour to get here to ship a package...
Had an issue with a package and they went out of their way to help me get it. In the end the package never showed up. I think the seller never sent it but that's not on these guys. They distribute mail for the campus and do it well.
