Some of the new people are helpful, but many of the people that have been there for years are incredibly unhelpful and regularly refuse mail when we have things mailed to our physical address, which they approved for having a mail box.
I've lived at the same address with my family for 4 years. We recently noticed we weren't getting any mail. For some reason, the mailman/post office started sending all our mail back to the senders. And we have tried calling them but they said they can't do anything until they speak to our mailman. So in the mean time, they will continue to send our mail back.
The Local Postmaster of 74447 is pro customer service. I can't imagine working for her anyone going postal. From what I seen they are all happy go lucky, people. "We all be doing our J.O.B!" Said the Postmaster as she walked off Laughing.
