A great WMA with good amenities. The raised wooden walk is a great touch, unfortunately the wetland that it reaches over and the lake it overlooks have completely dried up causing much of the showcased wildlife to move on.
Still much to see. There is a good stretch of bottomland, and plenty of scub forest with good canopy for migrant warblers. Orioles and Buntings make regular appearances. Redheaded and Red Breasted woodpeckers are abundant. You can quickly rack up every sparrow that ranges in Oklahoma (winter). What water remained attracts a good variety of migrant waterfowl (winter).
