This was the worst experience I had ever had. I called in my order at 8:09pm I was told at that time my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. My receipt shows I paid for order at 8:31. I was told at that time they were just putting pizza in oven and it would be 5-6 minutes when I asked how long. I waited til 8:45 and decided to go to the counter and ask about order. I was then told that they were waiting on the pizza( thin crust pepperoni). I am sure the pizza was setting at the edge on the oven for at least 10 minutes. When the gave me my completed order which was the St. June's Special 3 of my items had been setting on the warmer for the whole time I waited for the pepperoni pizza. When I got home which is 10 miles away. The pepperoni pizza which is round was cut into squares and the crust was burnt, not even eatable. The store seemed chaotic. I was NOT impressed. Yes, I do understand that they just opened they just didn't seem to be organized in what they were doing. I don't even know if my $1.00 was in fact donated to St. Jude's. I also had to go back into the store to get my 2 liter of pop that came with the Special.
The food is decent, but they have not been able to get the order right the last few times we ordered delivery, but when you call them they always make it right!
When I went to the counter to ask about mu order there was an employee walking behind the counter and told his fellow coworkers there was an order on the screen. The young lady that was preparing a crust for pizza said with an attitude "I know"! Very unprofessional. I wasn't even offered cheese and peppers for my pizzas. I have worked in public for 40+ yrs. The only professionalism I saw was when the drivers went out delivering orders.
They always get my order right and it taste great. Friendly staff. Nice clean restaurant.
The children that work here are around my age and God they are ridiculous I have had about 10 bad experiences here i once ordered my pizza only to go get it 30mins later and them say the order was never placed well thats happened 2 or 3 times
The food is always fresh and warm when it arrives. The delivery guy is always friendly and everything is as always delicious
Other times like just now they charged me 18.00 for a large 3 topping pizza saying cheese dont count and that its only 2 even tho i order the same thing every other day there and still go through this with the same employees i literally just got off the phone with corporate for the 2nd time telling them and by the way they said it should have been 8.00 not 18.00 as soon as i mentioned that she said they should have dropped it but refused to instead i was forced to call them again and im not that kind of person either but these people have pushed me to my limit
