This place has a note in each room welcoming everyone and states it is a second home. The attitude of all employees was the same. Great place to stay.

I just want to say I was very pleased with staying at Best Western very clean very nice workers the only thing the bed was hard but the rooms were very clean and neatly put together I would definitely stay again and their breakfast is really good
My wife left some jewelry out and it was right where she left in when we returned, the staff who had cleaned the room that day left it where she had set it. This amazed me as I have had items taken when staying at other major hotel chains.

I checked into 114 only to find bugs in the sheets. I went to the front desk where I was cordially served, room changed and placated. The desk lady saw them as well as I, and we both looked them up online trying to figure their species... I'm no etymologist. After showering and itching all night, totally psychological, thankfully, I was informed at the desk this morning that there were no bugs and they wished me a good day. Conclusion... I paid pretty good money to sleep poorly and no restitution. Have a nice day, Best Western, Okmulgee! I will struggle thru a tired day and a long trip.
