Very nice family like atmosphere, paid with my credit card witch was easy. One on one customer service. They answerd phone calls only when they were not with a customer. And they have very nice very comfortable seating while u wait for your turn.
4 months ago I came threw to change my name on my license. They forgot to put water droplets in it. I had a fake license. They sent me a letter out a month after that saying a lot of people had that happen to them. Also, to come in and they would fix it. So today, I went in between my patients. I was not mad or hateful. I knew I waited awhile due to working 2 jobs and being a full time student. However, the older lady in the far left side desk was extremely hateful to me. She stated "why do yall wait so long to come in." I would normally take this as a joke, however, she had a hateful tone. I do not know her correct name. No one there introduced them selves. I will not be back, neither will my family. It was not my fault they did not make my license correct the first time.
Most of my business with this Tag Office has been via email, phone call, and/or fax because I do not live in OK. I'm in the military so send my paperwork, including the Armed Forces Affidavit via fax or email. They take my credit card number over the phone. My tag arrives within a week. Nothing easier.
The people are always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, whether I'm talking to them on the phone or on leave and walking up to the counter to conduct my business in person.
In the nearly ten years I have been away from OK, my interaction with this office has never been less than super.
