I just called and they immediately went in to cost without asking what the issue was and when I mentioned that they said "Well we're not taking new clients until July anyway." Really unprofessional.

Very rude over the phone when I just called looking for a probate attorney since my father passed 2 days ago. They informed me that someone should call me back next week since it is Friday and no one is in the office. Ridiculous!
