I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours!! My 11 month old throwing up won't eat and running a fever! 5 people came in behind us, and went back before us!!!
When I asked how much longer, they said oh you have 2 more people in front of you! I said how because I was here first, she said her symptoms aren't that bad. People whom have the worst symptoms are seen first! Umm?? Excuse me!??!!? Are you serious! I told her what I thought about her telling me my 11 month old daughter wasn't that bad. Then left to another hospital. That place is a joke!!! Staff is rude, doesn't care obviously!! The waiting room was so hot!
THE WORSE HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!
Been a few times and had 2 of the worst visits ever, if you have time, then it might be the place to go for you, however plan on waiting in the ER waiting room for 5 or more hours just to be seen. Next dont expect a doctor to evaluate you, because one just stood at the door and said yes youve been bit. Never once examined the bite, I still am not sure it was a Doctor, no name tag and he just stood at the door. Never even looked at the bite. Next day after horrible pain sat in. Went to doctor, and was evaluated and was bitten by a Rattle Snake. It was on the foot, and the swelling was up to the buttock. Could not walk and was sick for DAYS. This hospital is HORRIBLE.
My wife and niece fell off their horses while riding. Both were in bad shape and taken to the nearest ER. They were checked in at 12:30pm. After inquiring when they may see a doctor they were taken to another set of rooms in the back. We are in the room next to my niece and sister separated by a curtain. When we tried to hold the curtain back so we could talk while waiting, the nurse yanked the curtains closed and scolded us and said we would be fine not talking
I hated this casino. No quarter slot machines. Staff was rude. Couldn't find anything and no one would help. Definitely will not go back.
I will never return to this place! Nor will my family!!!
In 2015, I went to this Hospital experiencing chest pains but also suspected that I had tetanus since I had stepped on a staple 11 days Pryor, was having a fever shivers and muscle pain and cramping. I have not had a tetanus shot in 13 years. It took them forever to get me back for an EKG they let me sit out there for over an hour until they finally came and got me. They never told me whether my heart was okay or not. One nurse was in there cussing using the lord's name in vain my registered nurse had no clue how to start an IV or what syncope means didn't look at my chart. Blood squirting all over the place . My pulse dropped to 25 beats per minute. My young daughter had to grab me to keep me from falling off of the table. All the while the nurse was laughing and did not know how to treat someone who had neurocardiogenic syncope. The doctor tried to put me on penicillin when I clearly stated that I had an allergy. Even have the bracelet on. The hospitality was horrible they would not bring me a blanket when I was shivering. The doctor laughed at me when I said I thought I had tetanus. He refused to test for it or administer the shot. Ran a whole panel of other very expensive tests and came up with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and chest pain. I do not have fibromyalgia. The next day I went to my doctor and he did a test and found that I indeed had tetanus. He gave me a shot and put me on the proper antibiotic. I called about this issue and they were apologetic and I didn't hear from them so I assumed they had taken care of the remaining amount after insurance had paid a ridiculous amount of money. Two years later I get a bill. I contested that bill. I kept getting the runaround about it and they kept sending me a new bill, though I was told it was in review. While they did take off a few hundred dollars, I never did heard anything back from anyone about my bill and they continued to send me new ones. So we gave up and started paying for it by the due date, explaining that it had been in review and they continued to send bills. We told them w wpykd be paying it off. $318 the first payment and $100 the next month then I got a bill saying that it had been sent to collection just 10 days later. This messes my credit up. Great. This was the worst Hospital experience I had ever had. To be laughed at by the nurse poked fun at, cussed out by another nurse laughed at by the doctor who misdiagnosed and was nearly given a medicine that would have sent me into anaphylactic shock. They should not have sent that bill! I wouldn't send my dog there. Since Creek Nation took over it has gone downhill.
