We brought our 50 member high school band in and had helpful service. Our table was clean and a lot of kids sat at the bistro tables. No complaints.
I go to Braum"s weekly it is the only place I can get the yogurt I like they have the best selection of no sugar added in different flavors. If you are diabetic it will not throw your sugar off as bad as other ice cream will. If you do not have the problem they have the best for other as well. My husband and I both love there hamburgers also and they get our order's right that says something for them. He will usually have one of there small burgers I will have one of the specials of the month like to shake thing up,Ps the no sugar added yogurt in stores goes home with me only thing doesn't mess with blood sugar so bad
The employee was not nice what so ever!.I was there 11/19/17. Got some hamburger meat and bread.There was no one at the checkout register..So I pushed the bell ringer to get someone to check me out . I stood there all most 10 minutes before someone come to help .. I guess I was a burden because the person that come and check me out was rude hateful and a bad attitude to say the least..I go there 2 or 3 times a week.. I WILL NOT GO TO THE STORE IN OKMULGEE AGAIN UNTIL THEY GET NEW MANAGER OR SOMETHING..The sad thing about this is I like BRAUMS.BUT NOT THE ONE IN OKMULGEE.. I hope someone gets this that can do something about this problem..
Every time I've eaten here in the past they've gotten my order wrong, but weren't too slow. Tonight they were slow. There were 3 cars other than mine in the lot, one of which was behind me waiting to order. The girl working the drive thru said "give me a minute." and began laughing and talking with her coworker (she left her mic on so I heard everything). At one point she said "EWW! Don't do that!" to which her coworker replied "it's okay. She don't know." Which is NOT something you want to hear when you're waiting to order food. A few more minutes of chatter went by so I finally just said my order. The girl said "she wants a bag" and someone in the background repeated it. But five minutes later she hasn't said anything to me or rung up my order. I'm on a time schedule, and still more than a little grossed out by what I heard, so I left. I will not be going back to this Braums.
Everyone loves Braums. The store is always clean. Great for drive-thru or dine in. They also have a grocery area, which is really neat.
