My husband ordered a $79 orchid in a mirror vase online to have delivered for my birthday. When the orchid was delivered it was in a red tin bucket, however, the worst part is when the credit card bill came in he was charged $179. He called the flower shop and was told they would credit him $10. He tried to reason with them to no avail. This is totally unacceptable.
I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The shop is so cozy and cute.
