This review is not regarding Dr. Nichols himself, but rather the service I got from the RECEPTIONIST who gave me the runaround for 10 solid minutes before telling me they are not accepting new patients. I asked her point blank less than two minutes into the conversation whether she was trying to talk me out of making an appointment, to which she responded that they only were not able to promise a TIMELY appointment...then she kept on rebuffing me, to the point that she told me that she couldn't make me an appointment without filling out my paperwork. Then she told me she couldn't send me the paperwork without making me an appointment. OK, then where does that leave us, lady?!?!?! "We aren't accepting any new patients at this time." Well why didn't you tell me that ten minutes ago?!?
I've NEVER wasted more time with a receptionist than this. This clinic might have more time for new patient intake if this receptionist would just get her facts straight and tell it like it is.
Dr. Nichols, this woman is a blight on your otherwise stellar reputation. I know this is a Creek Nation facility now, but this was THE WORST.
