After over 15 yrs w Dr. Hess, missing one appt because I was in severe pain waiting on my neck fusion I'm not allowed to make another appt. I can call everyday and see if they have any openings. I spent over 14 000 in crowns w Dr Hess. No problems paying bills and have Delta ins. I'm even an RN and missed appt explanation didn't matter to one particular person who is a receptionist. Something is fishy. I think she's covering up her own mistakes. I pray the truth comes out. Office staff lacks integrity. Always talked with Debra before and never had a problem. She said it's documented I had missed other appts but I havent. Going to go get my records. BEWARE.

Friendly staff,and great care. I use to go to Yeager. Yeager dentist is very well trained but they lack the friendly environment that Okmulgee Family Dental Care has.
