I would have given 5 stars because the service and customer friendlyness was amazing by not one the office staff but the mechanic as well untill a new manager was put in place. The new manager is not a personable person and does not understand the importance of trying to take care of major maintenance issues in a timely manner. I had a separating tie and he wanted me to wait a week to have it fixed. He made no attempt at trying to get the the problem taken care if other than waiting the week or sending my only form of transportation to Tulsa with no time frame of repair or return. I was out into the position of replacing the separating tie rod myself at my own cost.

The staff were great and we got the vehicle we wanted. John and Jennifer were great and very friendly. We can't go in there without getting hugs from them both.
I had the best service here. John and Jennifer were the best. They made sure I was happy, it was hot and they gave us drinks. They answered all my questions and did not rush me. It was already time for them to go home for the day, but they stayed late and gave me the best customer service ever. This is unlike car sales people. Everything was up front and they allowed me to choose the payment plan I wanted. Great job guys, you were wonderful! Will send people your way any day!
